Vacant building refurbishment

The aim of this project was to complete the building make good for the landlord after the departure of tenant. A number of repairs were also added to be completed whilst the building was vacant with the intention of bringing the building back to a competitive state after being held by a long term tenant.

This refurbishment included the replacement of the transparent roof sheets and repairs to gutters and downpipes. New LED lights were installed into the warehouse as well as new roller blinds, and new flooring for all offices. Tint panel joints were resealed, repairs were made to the joinery units, damaged ceiling tiles were replaced, and plaster was patched up on all internal walls before being repainted. Externally, the car parks were all carefully pressure cleaned and the exterior was entirely repainted. Finally, the air conditioning units were serviced and a check of all doors and hardware was completed.
