Harcourts approached NEAT Projects to assist them with their move to a new tenancy in Aspley. We worked with them over a number of months to get the design works completed. We then undertook the works onsite over nine weeks. Transforming what was four individual tenancies into one new tenancy that now meets modern day access requirements and provides workplace for all their staff.
This massive fitout involved stripping out four tenancies to create one large tenancy complete with partitions constructed to divide offices, meeting rooms, a kitchenette, and amenities. Prior to the extensive design work, all asbestos materials were carefully removed and disposed of and all existing services were disconnected. From there a new shopfront was built as well as a new ceiling grid, new windows in the rear of the building, and new flooring. Concrete repairs were made to the floor and a new roof space was installed. After the roof trusses were structurally reinforced, air conditioning was installed alongside new power and data services to suit the tenant’s individual needs.
