Building Facelift

The aim of this project was to modernize the building to increase its street appeal by removing the very dated bull nose roofing and replacing it with something much more modern to make the building more competitive in the leasing market. The job was a great success as it resulted in lease extensions for existing tenants and a shop that hadn’t been leased for a few years being leased within a few weeks of completion.

For this project, the existing bullnose roofing was removed. New structural steel members, aluminium shop fronts, and new cladding in the building facade were installed. Alterations were made to the roofing and gutters and the exterior of the building was repainted. Finally, new pathways from the carpark to the building were concreted.
